Terry Adelsbach, CEQA-NEPA Project Manager

Terry is an environmental planning and permitting specialist who comes to us from many years as a senior biologist in the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service , as well as experience in the private sector. His work has included developing habitat conservation plans in the southern Sacramento Valley, using LiDAR to inform and improve vernal pool conservation guidelines, extensive multi-agency collaboration, and helping to design streamlined permit strategies so projects can get done faster.  A vernal pool expert, he loves the challenge of crafting CEQA and NEPA documents that protect the environment and respond to the concerns of all stakeholders.
